Dispatch Time Policies

Welcome to our Shipping & Dispatch hub! At buygoneworld, we offer a wide variety of models, from items in our own warehouse to upcoming releases available for pre-order. To give you the clearest information, our products fall into one of the following dispatch categories.

Understanding Our Timelines

• Dispatch Time: This is the time we need to process your order and hand it to the courier. This is always clearly stated on the product page.
• Shipping Time: This is the time the courier takes to deliver your parcel after we have dispatched it.

Our Dispatch Categories

1. In-Stock Items (5-Day Dispatch)

• Applies to: Products physically located in our warehouse.
• What it means: These items are on our shelves and ready to be shipped.
• Our Promise: We will pick, pack, and dispatch your order within 5 business days.

2. Supplier Stock Items (30-Day Dispatch)

• Applies to: Products that are confirmed to be in stock with our direct wholesalers.
• What it means: The item is available, but it first needs to be shipped from our supplier to our warehouse before we can send it to you.
• Our Promise: We have built the supplier's delivery time into our process. Please allow up to 30 days for us to receive and then dispatch your order. While it's often faster, this timeframe ensures we can get the item to you without issue.

3. Pre-Order Items (Release Date Dependant)

• Applies to: All products marked with (PRE-ORDER) in the description. These are exciting new models that have been announced but are not yet released by the manufacturer.
• What it means: Placing a pre-order is the best way to reserve a new-release item and secure it before it sells out.
• Our Promise: We will dispatch your pre-order to you as a priority, typically within a few days of the model arriving at our warehouse following its official release.

Please Note on Pre-Orders: Manufacturer release dates are estimates and can be subject to delays beyond our control. We monitor these dates closely and will update the product page if we receive new information.

Important Information on Combined Orders

If your order contains items from different dispatch categories (e.g., an in-stock item and a pre-order), your entire order will be held and shipped together. It will be dispatched once the item with the longest dispatch time is ready.

If you need your in-stock items sooner, we strongly recommend placing a separate order for them.
